District Mission Grants

     Each biennium (two years), our District meets in convention. One of the main areas of business during the convention is to adopt a mission goal and the mission grants which will be funded through this goal. Mission grants are funded with our Mite Boxes. If you do not already have a Mite Box, ask your society president how to obtain one.

At the 2020 Convention, delegates prayerfully adopted a mission goal of $60,000.00. Delegates also prayerfully selected eight grants to receive funding, which are listed below. They will be paid in the order they are listed, and as funding is received from Mite Box offerings. Complete funding of a single grant must be received in order for that grant to be paid.

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of

my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?

(Psalm 27:1).

For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken
(Psalm 62:5-6).
